CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE - 2025
Owen SoundChristmas can be the most wonderful time of the year as we celebrate the birth of the Christ Child with family, friends, food and gift giving. Yet Christmas can also be a difficult time of the year if you find yourself alone or unable to afford all the extras the Christmas season includes.
Through the generous support of many individuals, businesses, and community groups, The Salvation Army is able to help provide some Christmas assistance.
**Applicants will need to supply identification for each member of the household when they apply**
Applicants have the option to provide their source of income & cost of rent or housing expenses for statistical purposes.
Owen Sound Christmas Toys
In partnership with the Owen Sound and the Inter Township Fire Fighters, children 12 years and under receive new unwrapped toys. (*Appointments for toy pick up will be provided when the Christmas application has been accepted)

OSHaRE Christmas Day Meal
We work WITH OSHaRE for the meal they offer to those who will be alone on Christmas Day.
